The standard law firm model is built around supporting the attorney, with the attorney being focused on supporting the client. Our approach is different. Our entire team is devoted to supporting our clients. Our team members fill the following roles:
Strategic Counsel. This is the attorney responsible for analyzing the client's options and recommending strategies to best achieve the client's objectives.
Client Counsel. This is the attorney responsible for implementation of the client's plan.
Client Relations Coordinator. This person is responsible for communication between the client and the firm.
Personal Services Coordinator/Estate Services Coordinator/Business Services Coordinator. These roles support the attorneys in completing the work on behalf of the client in each of our practice areas.
Programs Director. This person is responsible for our events, from social get-togethers to educational events for professionals, current and future clients.
Funding Coordinator. This person is responsible for overseeing property transfers of property to or from trusts, estates and business entities.

Giovanna Longobardo is the newest attorney to join PrivateCounsel. Giovanna graduated from Trinity Law School in 2010. After passing the California Bar Examination, Giovanna moved to Washington, D.C. where she completed internship programs at both the American Action Forum and the Charles Koch Institute. Sarah Carattini is our Personal Services Coordinator. She is responsible for keeping cases on track and moving forward. Sarah is a 2012 graduate of Trinity Law School and is preparing to take the California Bar Exam. [more]
Darah Carattini is our Programs Coordinator. She is responsible for making sure that our activities go off without a hitch. A talented actress and singer, Darah treats every firm event like a stage production. [more]
David Hiersekorn is the Principal Attorney at PrivateCounsel. In addition to managing the firm, David leads the firm's asset protection and business planning groups. [more]
